Walk to School Week Winners Monday – P3/4
Monday’s walk to school week winners were P3/4. 95% of the children in P3/4 either walked to school, cycled, brought their scooter or parked a little further away and walked an extra distance!
Well done P3/4!
P1 Walk to School in Hats!
Primary 1 kicked off walk to school week by wearing their hats! Don’t they look lovely!!!!
P1 Reading Open Sessions for Parents
Just a reminder reading open sessions are happening all week in P1. This allows parents the opportunities to see how reading is taught and organised in the P1 classroom. The times of the sessions are as follows:
Monday 9.00 – 9.45
Tuesday 9.00 – 9.45
Wednesday 11.00 – 11.45
Thursday 11.00 – 11.45

Walk to School Week – 6th October 2014
Monday 6th October marks the start of Walk to School Week. The message of this week is ‘Be Bright, Be Seen’ with the upcoming dark winter mornings and nights. To ensure all children have a fun and enjoyable week a theme has been established for each day.
Monday – Walk to school in a hat
Tuesday – Walk to school with odd socks on
Wednesday – Walk to school in your wellies
Thursday – Walk to school with crazy/wacky hair
Friday – Wear neon or bright colours… Be Bright, Be Seen!
