STEP is a school based, personalised, physical literacy programme that is accessed online. Pupils undertake 2 ten minute exercise sessions at the start and end of each school day. The exercises focus on the core skills of balance, eye-tracking and coordination.

St Luke’s is one of the first schools in Scotland to start STEP as a pilot. Recently we had ex-Scotland rugby player and Physical Literacy champion Kenny Logan visit St Luke’s! He supports the STEP project and came to see how we were getting on.!
